Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Legal Compliance

You must not use our services for any illegal or dishonest activity. This includes — but is not limited to — fraud, scams, money laundering, or any attempt to commit such actions.

We reserve the full right to hold or permanently seize funds if we detect or suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity, no matter when the transaction took place.

Any money or cryptocurrency received through fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful means will be permanently forfeited and will not be refunded or processed under any circumstances.

Indicators of Suspicious Activity

  • Unusual or irregular transaction patterns
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Fake or mismatched identity documents
  • Verified complaints or third-party reports

All cryptocurrency transactions must follow local and international laws, including OFAC regulations.

We Do Not Process Transactions Linked To:

  • Sanctioned countries
  • Restricted jurisdictions
  • Flagged or blocked individuals/entities

Discovery of such activity at any time will result in immediate forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Fees and Charges

Our fees are designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent across all transactions.

Fixed and Non-Negotiable

All service fees are fixed and non-negotiable. Fees may change at any time without prior notice.

Fee Disclosure

You will see the exact fee amount when your ticket is created. These apply only to our services. External costs — such as network, conversion, or transfer fees — are not included and must be paid separately.

Modification Requests

If you want to change the ticket amount, you can ask the exchanger to update it on your behalf. The new amount will only apply after your confirmation.

Disputes and Reversals

Any attempt to dispute, reverse, or charge back a payment will lead to the immediate loss of all related funds.

Unauthorized Transactions

Transactions made through Direct Messages (DMs) are not supported. Payments done outside official channels make you ineligible for refunds or support.

Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgement

By using our services, you accept the risks involved in cryptocurrency and digital transactions.

Assumption of Risk

You agree to use our services at your own risk. Aero Exchange is not responsible for wallet or account restrictions, freezes, hacks, or suspensions — whether on your account or ours.

Account Status

Our exchange accounts may be new or have limited transaction history. You accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

Transaction Finality

Once a transaction is successfully processed and confirmed, our responsibility ends. Issues arising after that are beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only at the Owner's discretion. Approved refunds may take up to nine (9) months to process.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific response times. Always keep your Deal ID — support cannot be provided without it.

Direct Messaging Policy

Contacting exchangers via DMs is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in service refusal or loss of support.

Client Terms of Service

These terms define the responsibilities of clients using Aero Exchange services.

Acceptance of Terms

Clients must accept the Terms of Service shared by their assigned exchanger within the ticket.

Timely Communication

Do not keep an exchanger waiting for more than 30 minutes. Inactivity may result in ticket closure or exchanger removal.

🚫

No Payments After Ticket Closure

Do not send payments once your ticket is closed or the exchanger is removed. Payments made afterward are entirely at your own risk.

Third-Party Deals

Create a ticket for third-party deals only when the other party is ready to pay.

Sharing Payment Details

In third-party exchanges, only share payment details after the client confirms readiness to pay. Losses caused by exchanger removal afterward are your responsibility.

TOS Violations and Refunds

Breaking any server or exchanger TOS may lead to refund denial, except in rare discretionary cases.

Exchange Confirmation

After completion, confirm your exchange within 1 hour. If you don't, the system will auto-confirm it.

Server Rejoin Window

If the server ever gets terminated by Discord, clients will need to rejoin once it’s back online.. Older tickets may not be recoverable afterward.

Compliance with Policies

All clients must follow Aero Exchange's Terms & Conditions and exchanger-specific rules.

Authorized Middlemen Only

Only verified or trusted middlemen may be used. Unauthorized ones are not allowed.

Exchanger's Right to Refund

The exchanger may issue a refund if technical or payment issues stop a transaction from completing.

Server Bot Instructions

Always follow Server Bot directions. Do not override or ignore its guidance — it's there for your safety.

Important Notice

By using Aero Exchange services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
